After years in my clinic noticing recurring concerns like stress, poor sleep, digestion issues, and inflammation, I wanted to offer something simple and comforting that anyone could enjoy daily.
That’s how our herbal tisanes were born. Each blend is crafted to bring beauty, calm, and reconnection into your routine.

I created these blends as a gentle first step—something delicious, aromatic, and nourishing to help support the body before moving into deeper healing with custom Chinese herbal formulas. The tisanes ease you in; the personalized formulas take you further.
Each blend begins with Chrysanthemum, a Traditional Chinese Medicine staple known for supporting longevity, clear skin, bright eyes, and a strong immune system. When steeped, it releases antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals—one of the most nourishing daily rituals you can offer yourself.
From there, I layer in supportive herbs: Roses for the heart, Lavender and Oat Straw for stress, Mint for clarity, Clover and Alfalfa for nourishment, Orange Peel for digestion, and more.
Each cup is meant to feel like a small act of care—both beautiful and beneficial. A moment of connection, and a soft beginning to deeper healing.

Chrysanthemum flower sits at the heart of every blend—chosen for its delicate flavor and its long history as a symbol of vitality and longevity. Cultivated in China for thousands of years and later adopted as Japan’s Imperial crest, Chrysanthemum has always represented strength and life. Its name comes from the Greek chrysos (gold) and anthemon (flower).
Modern research now supports what tradition has known: Chrysanthemum is rich in flavonoids, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds that may benefit cardiovascular health, eye health, immunity, and metabolism. It has also been used to cool the body, soothe the liver, and calm the mind.
